    I cant beleive it!
    I went from a size negative 6 to a size negative 4 [img]eek.gif[/img]

    Changing the size numerology just makes people think that they are losing wieght when they really arent.

    Nothing wrong at all with wanting to look your best, but you also have to realise that being healthy doesnt mean being rail thin.
